CONCEPT DESIGN
During this phase we analyze all the project requirements determining the program and the client’s demands.
We work on more solutions developing study drawing, schema and sketches to illustrate the concept of the design.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Design Development is the phase in which we design in detail all the projects elements determined by the first phase. In this transitional phase our design is developed to the contract document phase.
We prepare all the detailed drawings and presentation document to crystallize the design concept.
DOC / FE&SPECS
This phase is to prepare the final 100% complete working document for construction, finalizing all the technical details, information of applying,
specifications and the pricing document that define the cost of the project.
SUPERVISION
The supervision is important to us to make sure all the process stages are done exactly according to the design.
We collaborate with the best subcontractors, which provide us to make sure that the details we design become constructed.
