Situated in the area near the New Bazaar and downtown Tirana, this project brings a new perspective combined with a contemporary design. The building consisted by 8 floors, which 2 floors are underground, the ground floor functions are projected as a service area and the other floors are organized in apartments by 1, 2 or 3 rooms. The terracotta's ventilated facade of the building is in complete harmony with the windows and the balconies, where the functional plan solution creates an architectural rhythm.
