Pajtoni is a business center located in Tirana, providing business and oce facilities. The building is organized in two main areas, the existing building used as a shopping center and the new extended area, where the oces will be located. The main inspiration while designing the interior was nature. The third oor is organized in two atriums, which bring natural light into the lower levels, providing a refreshing look and feel of the space. We added greenery to create an indoor garden feel like ambience. Symmetrical and blocked shapes, closed volumes that t together create dynamism and give importance to the main access of the commercial center. Architectural details and use of accent lighting, combined with dierent textures, both material and reective, create a rational but harmonious landmark for the mall. The use of natural light, warm and delicate details sets a minimalistic and neutral palette for a refreshing journey where people can come to relax and feel reinvigorated
