Located in a strategic location in Elbasan, the new structure is conceived to serve as a landmark, by giving the city a more developed character. A 12-story tower, providing residential and commercial use, can fit inside the new structure's volume. A number of green terraces and diaphragms are situated outside the residential tower's substantial volume in order to provide most of the residence with high-quality outdoor spaces. The interaction with straightforward cubes, which combine into a single component, serves as a source of architectural options. The building gains extreme lightness and elegance from this facet, which also provides a good amount of natural light to the other parts and the various apartments visible from the outside. It is preferable to emphasize the materiality of the volumes through the material selection and choice of colors, representing the earthy materials.
