The villa is located in the North of Albania, surrounded by beautiful untouched nature. The villa beholds elements of traditional buildings with a twist of minimalist and contemporary design. It has a simple scheme of a central big living room with too wings of nightly functions. “Bahçja e Zogës” villa is coated and furnished with local sustainable materials such as stone, wood and glass. The large openings allow nature to become part of the interior, creating a screnography of the landscape and welcoming direct sunlight and fresh air all year round. The wood elements provide warmth and contrast the authentic stone walls which maintain a calm environment.
